To meet Jean François Foucher is both to tour an infinite orchard and to look at an artisan of haute couture. 

Just like his peregrinations between Japan and the West, we have designed his pastry shop in the heart of Neuilly sur Seine. 

With bleached ash, a padded concrete apron and a few touches of shine and transparency, this functional space sublimates JFF's pastries and other of his couture creation
