Rotisserie and delicatessen

In the vein of niche and high-end food shops, we have accompanied the entrepreneur Carl de Bouchony for the creation of his "Atelier Gallus" in Paris. In addition to an old-fashioned rotisserie, the mostly wooded space with its Japanese rhythms houses a wine cellar and a delicatessen. Many details in brass, houndstooth or marble remind us that we are in an exceptional rotisserie.
